This day in age a professional snowboarder simulates a punching bag. Now I don’t think getting all bulky in the gym is the answer, but I do believe what you eat must be pure and when you do work out it has to be functional. What muscle I do have, I make sure it is strong. You won’t find me in a gym because quite frankly I am not motivated. But I do love surfing, which will make you sleep like a baby after a long day! I also keep my legs in shape trying to keep up with my wife on a mountain bike. Dang she fast! Skate boarding and cutting firewood is another couple favorite activities that will make you damn strong.
Winter time I find being healthy a whole different beast. It is much harder to stay healthy with all the eating out and sitting around. Seems like I’m always trying to save energy for a contest, sitting on a plane, waiting for a storm to pass, or let an injury heal. So you can see how exercise is an issue in the winter. So I just take the stairs where there is an escalator or park in the back of a parking lot instead of the front. Do enough stuff like that it starts to ad up.
As far as eating healthy, I take a product called Juice Plus that really helps me fight the bugs floating around the airplane and just get my fruits and veggies on the road. Been taking it for a few years now and I do believe in it. info on juice plus

I eat mostly healthy, but definitely have a weakness for chocolate. Here is a recipe for my favorite dessert below.
DREAM CREAM ICE CREAM
Now I know that this should not be under healthy eating, but I have this thing where I like to start a meal out with desert because it is when your taste buds are most eager and effective! There for I will give you the ingredients to my favorite desert first.
Important to be in this order
-1 graham cracker- smash into crumbs in bowl ( trader joes old fashioned graham crackers are my favorite)
-1 spoon full of Peanut butter, ( I use all natural organic peanut butter)
-1 spoon full of Nutella, ( the secret ingredient!)
-Desired amount of Vanilla Ice Cream
If not enough chocolate for your chocolate craving taste buds then ad a little chocolate syrup. ( I do sometimes)
Important
Make sure once the ice cream enters the bowl that you are quick to whip up the ingredients, just like when you were a little kid. Other wise the Nutella will harden and your Dream Cream will not turn out correct!
Mix until Peanut butter and Nutella are mixed evenly.
Suggestion- have a glass of water near by!

You probably don’t remember me, but my brother is Jason Grossi (Professional Snowboarding Judge and organizer of the Specialty Sports Pro-Ams at Mountain Creek). Anyway, we are sitting here watching the Olympics and reminiscing and checked out your website. Thanks for sharing your Dad’s story and your testimony of how God answered your prayers! Thanks for standing up for Jesus – you made a huge impression on my kids and a few of my nephews and nieces.
